It has been a
great year, with plenty of 10 knot winds and lots of places to go. (There were
some 20+ winds as well). We went sailing with many friends, and cruised to a
variety of locations. Got back to Cuttyhunk for the first time in Yuletide, who
turned twenty this year. Funny how so much time can simply slip by, I remember
the day I first saw the hull, still in the mold at Cape Dory. It was such an
exciting time! And then the launch the next summer,
when I immediately crashed into a nearby boat with my unmanueverable stern. I
learned quickly that Yuletide did not back up very well.
Well, so much for the past. It has been a good year, and I look forward to the
next. My best wishes to all. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
